| Latin Asia is the best one-stop shop for all your destination wedding planning needs. To be honest, my husband and I did not have any guidance on how to start planning our South Asian destination wedding since neither of us have ever attended one before. It was a dream of ours that we have only seen in movies or social media.
As we were researching, we came across Latin Asia’s website which had package deals on every single type of South Asian wedding, and it even differentiated “Muslim” from “Ismaili,” which really caught our attention since we are Sunni Muslim. Another big thing that caught our attention was obviously the fact that it was a One-Stop Shop that actually gave us a detailed layout on everything they will provide AND an estimate on how much the total would be. I loved that this price included the little things like hair, make up, henna artist, dhol player, etc. Once we contacted them, our first impression of Saku was impeccable. She answered all our questions with confidence and we truly believed we could trust her right away. You could tell this wasn’t her first rodeo. It was love at first sight. Throughout the planning process, Saku and her team replied to all our emails in a timely manner, even when we would send 6 different emails asking 6 different questions in one day. Keep in mind, we planned our entire wedding during the pandemic, meaning I could not visit Cancun or the venue even once before my wedding. Saku and her team would go and be our eyes and voice to the resort. Every zoom meeting we had with Saku and her team, we would feel as if we were in Cancun every time. Those meetings would truly be stress relievers because we saw all the work they’ve been doing behind the scenes and I would feel more and more accomplished every time. |

| As thorough as Latin Asia was in the wedding planning process, I still couldn’t help but go into our wedding weekend blind since it was my first time seeing everything in person. However, Saku and her team didn’t let us down. The wedding was a magical experience and Saku ensured that our stress was kept to a minimum. In fact, she primarily communicated with our family the week of the wedding for any questions or coordination of last minute items so that we only had to worry about having fun.
It was a small gesture that really made such a difference in our wedding experience and really speaks volumes about Saku and the love she has for her couples. Every little detail was perfect and we have absolutely no regrets about our wedding. All of our guests were in awe of how beautiful and organized the wedding was and many of them are even considering Latin Asia for their wedding planning needs. |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Generations Riviera Maya. The staffs were very helpful including the wedding staffs. They made sure that all of the details were prepared for all of our events way before the event. In fact, for one of our events they accommodated a different venue at the very last minute due to the weather. Overall, they made us feel welcome and comfortable.
All the vendors that we had chosen for our events were incredible. They all did a wonderful job during our events. They always made themselves available for meetings and listened to our requests. One of the things that we truly appreciate about our vendors was that they went above and beyond for our events. |

| The resort planning department was very involved. Certainly we did have some communication issues but after speaking with our wedding planner, things were sorted very quickly. Resort planning department was always available for us and listened to our requests. They made sure that some of the things that we ended up last minute were available during our events. I hope you and your family are staying safe. Both Jake and I work in cybersecurity so as soon as we got back home from the wedding instead of having a relaxing few weeks or even days, we were all of a sudden working 12-13 hours days due to COVID-19 b/c of the nature of our jobs. But we are blessed we both had jobs and are able to work from home. And we truly feel blessed we were able to have the wedding right before the cusp of everything shutting down so everyone made it home safely and COVID free.

The day after our celebration of love / wedding was over, Saku asked me, “Was it worth it?”
And by ‘it’, she meant all the time spent planning, organizing, researching…..and believe me, it was a questions I often asked myself throughout the planning process.
Intentions and values was how we started planning this moment. We had one BIG goal, each and every person to feel special and loved, because each and every one of them was special to us.
Saku came in midway thru our planning process and was a breath a fresh air. She is thoughtful, direct, organized, and asks good questions. This is so valuable, especially when planning a wedding in Cancun. In addition to planning, she was our day of coordinator for the events. Saku was our anchor, since the hotel team ended up being difficult to work with and unorganized. Every event, she coordinated and lead the team of vendors. She was a pleasure to work with in the planning process and allowed us to enjoy our events. She worked with our family members and treated us as family. She always lovingly addressed my father as Babaji. Masato, Saku’s husband, was a surprise bonus. He was always paying attention to all our friends and family. During the reception, he noticed and helped out a guest who suddenly didn’t feel well.
Her company Latin Asia did an amazing job. We love nature and had all our events outdoors. They understood our vision to accent the already beautiful nature all around. They were easy to communicate with, organized, and fun to plan with.
We will never forget the wedding day. At about 2:30am of the wedding day, we made the decision to move the beach wedding to an earlier time due to weather concerns. Saku had told us the night before; there was a possibility of storms. We communicated with Saku, and she and the Latin Asia Team made it work! The wedding went as planned, just a few hours earlier than previously scheduled. We deeply appreciate being supported in our vision to have a wedding under sunny blue skies.
“Was it worth it?” Well Saku, what do you think? I will tell you on our end it is a YES. We had so many friends and family say how wonderful they FELT and what a great time they had. That’s what it is all about. Each person feeling loved and special, because they have showered Bobby and I with love and support all throughout our lives.

When I first starting planning my wedding I was completely confused and some would even describe it as lost. My fiancé at the time and I decided to go to Mexico and meet with all 6 months before our wedding and make sure we are making the right decisions. My main concern was, me being Iranian and my partner being Sikh meant two different wedding ceremonies on two different ways. I met with others but it they just presented me with items and prices. When I met LATIN ASIA – they didn’t only provide me with items, but various solutions to all my concerns – In a sense brought their knowledge and experience to give a sense of comfort. Today when I look back, I realize how picky I was being and how amazing LATIN ASIA was to take everything I asked and make it happen.
The day of the wedding had come and to say everything was perfect would be an understatement. Saku and her team had thought of every single thing – from the wind that day to the vases behind us that looked so beautiful in pictures. Saku and her team have a creative vision that I believe most people lack – they are quick to problem solve and always have a plan B. If I could do it all over again I would not change a single thing because it was my dream that LATIN ASIA made come to reality.

As a bride, you were so informative on the venue difference, details, and limits in which you and your team are able to reach. This is great, as we understand that things can be more affordable in Mexico, but I was impressed at limits you are able to great. Planning an Indian destination wedding weekend from 1000 miles away and with a full-time job is no easy feat, but when you have amazing vendors, such as LatinAsia you’re in good hands. Saku and the entire team were one of the best groups I’ve ever worked with. I came into the process with a lot of different ideas and they helped me pull together my dreams while keeping within my budget.
