Our Story
I was studying Mathematics in Japan when I discovered my passion for floral design when I was introduced to IKEBANA, the ancient Japanese art of flower arrangement. It changed the course of my life. I found floral design to be so deep, so rich, and so endless that it became my life.
My passion for science blossomed into an obsession with flowers. I went on to earn a Master’s degree in IKEBANA in addition to Bachelors in Mathematics.
My husband and I fell in love with Cancun so we decided to move here. Soon after we settled, Hurricane Wilma struck. We lost nearly everything and even though we were strangers here, a local family took us in. They gave us food, shelter and hope. The father encouraged us to not give up, “The worst is over,” he said, “If you stay, things can only get better.” And they did.
Wilma destroyed great parts of Cancun’s hotel infrastructure. Many jobs were lost and people started to panic. Many gave up and left, thinking it was all over. But to us it was just the beginning.
Our neighbors helped us restore our small town house. They smiled as they helped us clear out the dirt, water and tree branches. The good people of Cancun helped us and gave us hope. Years have passed since then but still we wake up remembering it is time to give back. We want to make Cancun and Riviera Maya even more beautiful, more organized and more wonderful, so today we do that thought a One Stop Solution for destination wedding that goes from booking, planning, event design, vendor management, onsite coordination services, impecable logistics and outstanding customer service, and we are proud to own our decor brand, because that it the least we can do.
